Pour the Lavender oil and Turkey Red Oil in a bottle.
Shake well to combine then simply add a few ml to your bath water, simple as that! Reduce the Lavender Essential oil content to 5 drops for a child and 1 drop for a baby.
Turkey Red oil is a processed form of Castor Oil that enables other oils to be dispersed in water. This way the essential oils don’t sit on top of the bath water and will not cling to the edge of the bath after it is drained.
Lavender Bath Salts
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until oils have been absorbed and flowers are evenly distributed. Store in an airtight container and simply add a handful to the bath water.
Epsom salts help to soothe aching muscles so combining these with the calming and relaxing effects of Lavender makes for some serious stress relief!
